Origin of Name: 'Tessa' is the name of a character in a game I play. A very small character, which fit Tess perfectly because of how tiny she was when she came home. 'Camilla' after her daddy, my boyfriend Kamil, whom she adores.

Description: Tessa is a black hooded rat with a white stripe running up her throat and chin.

Origin: Tessa's mother, Misty, was rescued, pregnant, from a feeder breeder. The babies, instead of being snake food, were raised in a loving home. I had purchased a cage from their owner, Klara, and when I went to pick it up, I met Tess. I took to her so much she came home with us.

Bio

Tessa is, without a doubt, the messiest rat I have ever had. She throws her litter everywhere, drags bedding all over the cage, pulls pebbles from her wading pool and carts them around... But for all that, it's impossible not to love her. She is truly adorable, and lives for human attention. She seeems to spend much of her time hanging off the cage bars hoping someone will play with her. She loves her daddy, Kamil, and would rather be with him than anyone else. A very sweet girl!

Wolvar
One of Tessa's favourite things is a toy Tasmanian Devil my boyfriend got me. It's name is Wolvar, and Tessa loves it. She hides under it's legs and peeks out. There is nothing so cute as her little black and white face poking out from underneath Wolvar's black and white body.
